Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, usability testing, and operational workflow analysis for a defense aviation platform. - Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, usability testing, and operational workflow analysis for a defense aviation platform. Translate findings into actionable product requirements, workflows, prototypes, and design recommendations while collaborating with product, design, engineering, data, and domain teams.
Requirements
- Requires at least three years of UX research, human factors, or applied product research experience supporting software or digital product development, along with strong research methods and the ability to turn findings into product improvements. Applicants must be U.S. citizens and able to obtain and maintain the required security clearance; experience with complex enterprise or government systems and multidisciplinary teams is also required.
