Requirements
- A completed degree in mechanical, process, or production engineering, or a comparable field, is required, along with several years of engineering leadership experience in plant engineering, special-purpose machinery, or a similar industrial environment. Candidates should have experience developing complex thermal, mechanical, or process systems, strong strategic and execution skills, and very good German and fluent business-level English.
