Responsibilities
- Design digital and voice insurance quoting experiences for a large e-commerce platform, partnering with product and IT collaborators throughout discovery, UX strategy, prototyping, and final design. Conduct user research to identify customer needs and translate insights into intuitive, engaging experiences.
Requirements
- Requires at least seven years of experience designing user experiences for digital products or services, or a bachelor's degree or higher plus at least four years of relevant experience. Preferred qualifications include end-to-end design lifecycle experience, proficiency with user-centered methods and Figma or similar tools, accessibility and design-system knowledge, strong project management, and experience leading customer-facing design strategy and research.
