Manage permanent and temporary works design from concept through delivery, coordinating designers and construction teams to ensure designs are buildable, efficient, and aligned with project programmes. Monitor design progress, manage technical queries and information flow, support procurement and construction planning, and prepare handover documentation.

Monitor design progress, manage technical queries and information flow, support procurement and construction planning, and prepare handover documentation.
Requirements
- Candidates should have a strong understanding of design processes and multidisciplinary interfaces, substantial site-based experience, and knowledge of design and construction delivery. A construction qualification at BSc/BEng, HND, or HNC levelāor equivalent experienceāis required; knowledge of NEC contracts, AutoCAD, and MICE membership or progress toward it is desirable.
