Senior UX Designer

Design and deliver accessible, inclusive enterprise digital products for independent financial advisors, contributing from early discovery through final execution. Collaborate with product, UX, and technology teams to apply research insights, guide design decisions, maintain design-system standards, and balance user needs with business requirements.

• Design and deliver accessible, inclusive enterprise digital products for independent financial advisors, contributing from early discovery through final execution. Collaborate with product, UX, and technology teams to apply research insights, guide design decisions, maintain design-system standards, and balance user needs with business requirements.

Requirements

• Candidates need at least 8 years of product design experience focused on enterprise digital products or equivalent, current experience with Schwab systems and processes, and an online portfolio demonstrating their process and design thinking. They should also bring experience in strategy and detailed execution, strong communication and storytelling, relationship-building and influencing skills, self-management, and a record of navigating complex projects.
