Own and improve the end-to-end onboarding experience for Street.co.uk, from agency sign-up through to teams running their business on the platform. Identify and validate problems, collaborate with product, engineering, onboarding, support, and commercial teams, then define success measures and evaluate outcomes after launch.
Responsibilities
- Own and improve the end-to-end onboarding experience for Street.co.uk, from agency sign-up through to teams running their business on the platform. Identify and validate problems, collaborate with product, engineering, onboarding, support, and commercial teams, then define success measures and evaluate outcomes after launch.
Requirements
- Candidates should have roughly five or more years of product or UX design experience, with SaaS or complex-product experience beneficial, and be fluent in Figma and modern design systems. They should be able to plan and conduct user research, measure design outcomes, communicate decisions to varied stakeholders, and use AI tools in their workflow, including to ship small product changes.
