Lead end-to-end UX design for KYC Orchestrator, translating complex KYC data, risk signals, and investigation workflows into intuitive experiences, including AI-assisted features with transparency and user control. Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to research, test, validate, and deliver designs, while communicating recommendations and tradeoffs to stakeholders.

Requirements
- Proven UX design experience leading complex digital product design
- Strong interaction design and prototyping abilities
- Proficiency with Figma
- Customerâcentered problem solving and researchâinformed iteration
- Effective crossâfunctional communication
- Portfolio demonstrating design work through implementation
