Sr UX Designer I

Lead end-to-end UX design for KYC Orchestrator, translating complex KYC data, risk signals, and investigation workflows into intuitive experiences, including AI-assisted features with transparency and user control. Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to research, test, validate, and deliver designs, while communicating recommendations and tradeoffs to stakeholders.

Requirements
- Experience in UX or related design roles, leading design for complex digital or enterprise products
- Strong interaction design, information architecture and prototyping skills
- Proficiency with Figma
- Researchâinformed problem solving
- Ability to collaborate crossâfunctionally
- Portfolio showcasing relevant case studies
