Lead UX strategy and design for enterprise AI products, platforms, and workflows, translating complex AI capabilities into intuitive, accessible, and trustworthy experiences. Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field and seven years of relevant UX, product design, digital experience, or human-centered design experience are required, including at least three years supporting AI-enabled products or related initiatives. A relevant master’s degree is preferred; candidates should bring advanced UX methods, human-AI interaction knowledge, conversational design experience, proficiency with design tools, and strong cross-functional communication skills.
