UX Researcher (TEMPORARY)

Lead end-to-end benchmark and usability studies for AI/ML tools, APIs, and cloud-based developer platforms, from planning and protocol design through analysis and reporting. Work with technical teams to identify workflow friction and turn research findings into actionable product recommendations while managing multiple studies independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end benchmark and usability studies for AI/ML tools, APIs, and cloud-based developer platforms, from planning and protocol design through analysis and reporting. Work with technical teams to identify workflow friction and turn research findings into actionable product recommendations while managing multiple studies independently.

Requirements

• Requires at least five years of UX research experience, including independent ownership of benchmark or structured usability studies, and a strong foundation in HCI, study design, and measurement. Candidates should have experience researching developer tools, ML workflows, APIs, CLIs, or cloud platforms, along with strong communication, organization, and self-direction; familiarity with machine learning, data workflows, or software engineering is preferred.
