Product Designer UX/UI confirmé(e) - Remote
Haiku Remote (🇫🇷 33130 Bègles, France)
Lead end-to-end design of product features across web and mobile, from user journeys and specifications through production review and documentation. Maintain the design system and UX writing quality, conduct user research, coordinate with product and development teams, and mentor a junior designer.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of new product features from concept through production
- Create complete user journeys, covering all screens, states and edge cases
- Write design tickets and functional specifications for developers
- Perform visual and functional QA on delivered work
- Document screens and flows in internal knowledge base
- Maintain a clean, structured and up‑to‑date Figma file and design system
- Ensure high‑quality UX writing across all copy, error messages and onboarding
- Design trustworthy AI‑driven interfaces with clear citations and uncertainty handling
- Deliver fully‑fledged mobile experiences, not just web adaptations
- Adapt designs for multiple languages, handling variable text length, date and number formats
- Conduct user interviews and usability tests, turning insights into roadmap recommendations
- Mentor and develop the junior UX/UI designer, overseeing workload and design reviews
- Coordinate between product, engineering and business teams, shaping design processes
Requirements
- 3–5 years of product design or UX/UI experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Strong portfolio demonstrating problem definition, exploration, trade‑offs and results
- Advanced mastery of Figma (components, variables, design system)
- Excellent organization, rigor and attention to detail
- Flawless written French (UX writing) and professional English
- Ability to conduct user interviews and usability testing
- Experience mentoring or managing a junior designer (strongly valued)
- Experience designing mobile‑first experiences and multi‑language interfaces
- Experience with AI‑generated interface designs (strongly valued)
- Familiarity with tools such as Linear and Notion
