Responsibilities
- Install vinyl graphics on equipment, ensuring a highâquality finish without bubbles, debris, or wrinkles
- Cut vinyl to fit equipment using knives, hand tools, and heat guns
- Support project workflows across print production, lamination, finishing, and installation
- Maintain clean, organized production and installation areas
- Communicate progress, priorities, and issues with teammates
- Identify problems, propose practical solutions, and follow through to completion
- Contribute to a cooperative team environment and stay open to learning new methods
Requirements
- Positive, teamâoriented attitude with strong commitment to quality and safety
- Ability to take ownership of tasks, use sound judgment, and solve problems proactively
- Willingness to learn new technologies, processes, and equipment
- Physical ability to lift at least 75âŻpounds and work at heights using ladders
- Capability to stretch, bend, and move around equipment in indoor and outdoor settings
- Comfort using knives, drills, rivet guns, heat guns with safe work practices
- Basic computer literacy and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
