Own web design across the company website, landing pages, campaigns, product launches, and other digital touchpoints, creating polished desktop and mobile experiences in Figma. Develop scalable design systems, collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Engineering through implementation, and use customer behavior, performance data, testing, and feedback to improve usability and conversion.
Responsibilities
- Own web design across the company website, landing pages, campaigns, product launches, and other digital touchpoints, creating polished desktop and mobile experiences in Figma. Develop scalable design systems, collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Engineering through implementation, and use customer behavior, performance data, testing, and feedback to improve usability and conversion.
Requirements
- Candidates need at least five years of experience in web, digital, UX/UI, or product design, ideally at a consumer-facing company or high-growth brand, and an exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft and thoughtful UX/UI. Expert Figma proficiency, design-system knowledge, implementation-ready design handoffs, excellent communication, and strong attention to detail are required.
