Lead the strategy, architecture, and implementation of a scalable design system for Clouderaâs enterprise data platform, including Figma libraries, production-ready components, documentation, and AI-enabled workflows. Partner with designers, engineers, and product managers to ensure consistent, accessible, secure, and adaptable interfaces, while auditing adoption, educating teams, and mentoring designers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, architecture, and implementation of a scalable design system for Clouderaâs enterprise data platform, including Figma libraries, production-ready components, documentation, and AI-enabled workflows. Partner with designers, engineers, and product managers to ensure consistent, accessible, secure, and adaptable interfaces, while auditing adoption, educating teams, and mentoring designers.
Requirements
- Requires 6â8 years of UX/UI design or front-end development experience, including at least 2 years leading or owning a design system in B2B SaaS or enterprise software. Candidates need expertise in Figma, AI-assisted workflows, complex interfaces, accessibility, internationalization, design tokens, and user-centered design, plus a relevant bachelorâs degree or equivalent and excellent English communication skills.
