Lead end-to-end design for AI-native products, setting design vision and strategy for conversational, avatar-based, and agentic experiences that support workplace learning and collaboration. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for AI-native products, setting design vision and strategy for conversational, avatar-based, and agentic experiences that support workplace learning and collaboration. Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to shape product decisions, prototype and validate emerging concepts, improve trust and AI output quality, and champion consistent, high-quality design.
Requirements
- Requires significant staff-level experience designing and shipping complex digital products, with a strong portfolio and demonstrated ability to influence product direction. Candidates should bring expertise in AI-powered or conversational products, excellent interaction and visual design craft, strategic and systems thinking, trust-centered design, prototyping, customer research, and cross-functional leadership.
