Requirements
- A degree in Marketing, UI/UX Design, or a related field is required, along with at least three years of product design experience in banking, financial services, or a similar industry. Candidates should have strong stakeholder management skills, be able to discuss design solutions and improve processes or customer experience, and stay informed about industry and UX trends.
