Lead technical execution of development programs and variant projects, coordinating design managers, designers, engineers, and related work packages while managing schedules, budgets, performance, and risks. Conduct design reviews, approve technical data packages, coordinate with program management, supply chain management, and production, support customer reviews and acceptance, and contribute to FMEA and configuration management.
Responsibilities
- Technical steering of development programs and variant projects
- Lead and coordinate design managers, designers and engineers
- Create and maintain WBS, milestones, schedules and budgets
- Perform performance and risk management for cost, time and progress
- Conduct internal design reviews and approve technical data packages
- Coordinate construction and calculation orders
- Manage interfaces with program management, SCM and production
- Support customer reviews and approvals
- Execute FMEA and assist configuration management
Requirements
- Several years of experience in technical project or program management
- Proven leadership of technical teams (design managers, designers, engineers)
- Strong engineering and design knowledge
- Experience with budget, schedule, risk and performance controlling
- Structured, independent, solution‑oriented work style
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
