Senior Product Designer (Craft & Web Design)
Nuvemshop Remote (🇧🇷 Brazil)
Redesign and improve web pages and performance landing pages for Brazil and Latin America, producing polished, responsive mockups and high-fidelity prototypes. Partner with Growth and Product teams to prioritize design using conversion data, iterate through performance metrics and A/B tests, and use AI tools and integrations to accelerate prototyping and publishing.
Responsibilities
- Redesign and evolve Brazil and LATAM web pages with emphasis on communication clarity, visual quality, and conversion
- Create pixel‑perfect high‑fidelity mockups and prototypes for web and landing pages, adhering to grid, responsiveness, and visual hierarchy
- Audit and raise the visual craft of Growth landing pages, producing mockups, wireframes, and high‑fidelity prototypes
- Collaborate with Growth and Product teams to prioritize design work based on conversion data
- Iterate solutions based on performance metrics and A/B test results, balancing speed and visual quality
- Utilize AI tools and prompt engineering to accelerate prototyping, motion, micro‑interactions, and page publishing, documenting work in Figma
- Identify and autonomously resolve visual gaps while managing demand from the team
Requirements
- Proven experience as a digital product designer with strong visual/craft skills
- Expertise in web design, grid systems, responsiveness, and visual hierarchy for high‑traffic pages
- Advanced proficiency with Figma and design systems
- Ability to produce high‑fidelity mockups, wireframes, and prototypes
- Experience auditing and improving landing page performance
- Data‑driven design iteration using conversion metrics and A/B testing
- Hands‑on experience with AI tools (Figma, Framer, MCP) for motion, micro‑interactions, and rapid prototyping
- Autonomous problem‑solving with stakeholder‑aligned priorities
