Lead design across hospitality new-build, refurbishment, and fit-out projects from concept through documentation and delivery. Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers; maintain design intent on site; and contribute to design standards and processes.

Requirements
- Candidates should have around six or more years of experience in architecture, interior design, hospitality, or a similar field, ideally in hospitality, retail, or commercial interiors. They should bring strong design and documentation skills, proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite, visualization experience, knowledge of materials and FF&E, and the ability to balance design quality with budget and programme requirements.
