You will work in an autonomous, cross-functional product team to solve complex user problems and create intuitive digital solutions. This involves conducting continuous discovery, user testing, and leveraging AI to improve product design and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Work on complex user problems to simplify and make work processes more intuitive
- Conduct continuous discovery with Product Manager and Tech Lead through interviews, testing, and experiments
- Explore solutions and use prototypes to reduce risk early
- Leverage AI actively to generate ideas, prototype, and gain user insight efficiently
- Ensure high‑quality interaction and visual design with universal accessibility and consistency
- Contribute to and evolve the design system
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Product Designer or similar role
- Strong competence in interaction and visual design
- Proven ability to solve complex user problems
- Experience with discovery, user interviews, testing, and applying insights
- Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English
- Ability to explain design decisions and trade‑offs
