Technical Design Manager - Client Services

Lead the design and implementation of complex technical and operational workflows, advising on readiness, scalable solutions, and process improvements across Client Services. Develop operational documentation and training, guide cross-functional teams, address quality issues, and provide technical expertise for clinical laboratory projects and client discussions.

- Lead the design and implementation of complex technical and operational workflows, advising on readiness, scalable solutions, and process improvements across Client Services. Develop operational documentation and training, guide cross-functional teams, address quality issues, and provide technical expertise for clinical laboratory projects and client discussions.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelorâs degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience, at least seven years of progressive experience in technical operations, implementation, process improvement, or a related function, and experience in a regulated environment. Candidates should have at least five years in project initiation, clinical-trial setup, central laboratory operations, or a comparable technical design role, along with strong communication, analytical, documentation, training, and stakeholder-influence skills.
