Requirements
- Requires substantial staff-level experience designing and shipping complex digital products, with strong interaction and visual design craft and a portfolio demonstrating user experience improvements. Candidates should bring AI product expertise, strategic and systems thinking, trust-centered design, end-to-end ownership, rapid prototyping, customer focus, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
