Founding Product Designer
Titane Intelligence Remote (🇫🇷 Bordeaux, Gironde, France)
Redesign the La Forge platform experience to make customer value clear, emphasize actionable business results, and shorten the time from onboarding to first value. Conduct user research, improve documentation for human and AI readers, and collaborate with the Founding Product Engineer from prototype through production.
Responsibilities
- Re‑design the La Forge platform to make results immediately understandable
- Highlight revenue impact, affected customers, and recommended actions
- Minimise time from onboarding to first value delivery
- Produce clear documentation for humans and AI agents
- Conduct user interviews, tests, and usage observations
- Partner with the Founding Product Engineer on design and implementation
Requirements
- Proven product design experience, especially in SaaS or e‑commerce platforms
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design solutions
- User research, testing, and observation skills
- Ability to create clear documentation for varied audiences
- Collaboration with engineers from mockup to production
- Fluency in French and English is a plus
