Lead and coordinate design delivery throughout the project lifecycle, managing design teams, interfaces, risks, schedules, budgets, and compliance with client requirements and regulations. Maintain design processes and documentation, support tender-stage design and risk management, and contribute to staff development and project delivery.

Requirements
- Proven construction‑industry Design Manager experience
- Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
- Experience managing multidisciplinary consultants and specialist subcontractors
- Strong knowledge of design management, construction methods, building regulations and technical standards
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership abilities; BIM knowledge desirable
