Graphic Designer

Design and produce property marketing materials, including brochures, offering memorandums, email campaigns, presentations, and brand identities, while meeting tight deadlines and marketing objectives. Oversee creative production and quality, communicate progress to stakeholders, present design concepts, and promote effective design practices and creativity across the team.

Requirements

• Requires a bachelor's degree, 3–4 years of professional services graphic design experience, advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, and a strong portfolio spanning branding, marketing collateral, and long-format design. Candidates should be organized, self-motivated, effective communicators, and able to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced collaborative environment; real estate, architecture, or commercial construction marketing experience is preferred.
