Product Designer Mid (UX Designer)

Design, build, and iterate on digital products and services using user feedback and research, collaborating with business, technology, design, and development teams. Manage design priorities with the Design Lead and Product Owners, test proposed solutions, and promote design-system guidelines and user-friendly practices.
Responsibilities
- Ideate, build and iterate digital products using qualitative and quantitative user feedback
- Design experiences for new products and services that create value for users and the organization
- Collaborate with Design Lead and Product Owners to create high‑impact design backlog and manage priorities
- Work with development team to validate feasibility of design proposals
- Participate in user research studies to gather key insights for informed design decisions
- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to collect feedback and identify improvements
- Establish and promote design guidelines through a design system and best practices
- Stay up‑to‑date with design methodologies and tools to foster good practices within the team
Requirements
- Graphic Design or related degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar product design roles
- Portfolio showing digital, user‑centered solutions
- Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams
- User‑centered design methodology experience
- UX research experience and use of research artifacts (desirable)
- UI knowledge (desirable)
- Ability to identify opportunities and recommend experience improvements
