Requirements
- Candidates should have strong UX/UI design experience supported by a portfolio of relevant projects and case studies, along with excellent communication, presentation, and critical-thinking skills. They should demonstrate strong visual design fundamentals, user-centered problem-solving, the ability to lead projects independently and collaborate across teams, and curiosity about AI tools; experience with AI-enabled products or financial services is a plus.
