Responsibilities
- Design ad creatives for Meta and Google platforms and iterate based on CTR/CVR performance
- Create organic social content tailored to Korean audiences
- Utilize generative AI tools in design workflows
- Localize assets from Japan HQ for the Korean market
- Pitch diverse creative ideas and test new approaches
Requirements
- 2+ years designing for social media and performance advertising in the Korea market
- Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator
- Ability to work independently on design tasks
- Strong communication and flexible mindset
- Good command of written and spoken English (Japanese a plus)
