Own end-to-end design for ChatGPT growth experiences across discovery, onboarding, activation, engagement, conversion, and retention, translating opportunities into hypotheses, prototypes, and polished products. Requirements
- Candidates should demonstrate exceptional product thinking and interaction and visual design craft in complex shipped products, along with experience leading initiatives from exploration through launch and iteration. They should combine strong product judgment with data-informed experimentation, clear communication, rapid execution, and the ability to use AI in their design process; direct growth or developer-product experience is helpful but not required.
