Senior Product Designer
Lawhive Remote (đŹđ§ City of London, London, United Kingdom)
Own end-to-end design for a product squad focused on compliance, data visualization, and decision-making tools for law firm managers. Research and validate solutions with users, prototype and test AI-agent collaboration patterns, and work with product and engineering partners to ship improvements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and translate findings into design decisions
- Design and ship dataâintensive UX patterns and visualisations
- Prototype concepts in the browser and test with real users
- Partner with product managers and engineers to implement designs
- Maintain design quality and consistency across the squad
- Advocate for AIânative design workflows and tooling
- Present designs and rationale to stakeholders and leadership
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS product design experience
- Endâtoâend UX ownership for dataâheavy, multiâuser products
- Strong fundamentals in UX, UI, layout, typography and hierarchy
- Regular user research and validation practice
- Ability to prototype in code and use latest AI design tools
- Fast iteration and ownership mindset
- Strong collaboration with PMs, engineers and leadership
- Experience maintaining or governing a design system (bonus)
- Experience designing data visualisation or BI products (bonus)
- Experience in legal tech or regulated industries (bonus)
