Research SME customers and design intuitive digital banking journeys, interfaces, prototypes, and reusable components for onboarding, daily banking, payments, collections, and lending. Collaborate with product, technology, data, risk, compliance, and operations teams to deliver and test MVP experiences, improve usability and conversion, and support partner-integrated banking journeys.
Responsibilities
- Research SME customers and design intuitive digital banking journeys, interfaces, prototypes, and reusable components for onboarding, daily banking, payments, collections, and lending. Collaborate with product, technology, data, risk, compliance, and operations teams to deliver and test MVP experiences, improve usability and conversion, and support partner-integrated banking journeys.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Digital Media, IT, or equivalent practical experience is requested, along with knowledge of user research, customer journeys, mobile and web design, design systems, accessibility, and product analytics. The posting prefers 3–5 years of hands-on UI/UX or product design experience and familiarity with Figma or equivalent, prototyping, usability testing, engineering handover, and cross-functional product work.
