Research user and stakeholder needs, structure product problems and opportunities, and conduct interviews, qualitative research, concept tests, and hypothesis validation. Create flows and prototypes, collaborate across product and business teams, and synthesize findings into recommendations that support product evolution and 2027 strategic planning.
Responsibilities
- Investigate user and stakeholder needs, behaviors and pain points
- Structure problems, hypotheses, journeys and product opportunities
- Conduct qualitative interviews, research and concept‑validation tests
- Use data and metrics to support analysis and prioritize opportunities
- Create flows, wireframes, prototypes and other artifacts for solution exploration
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, Engineering and business teams
- Facilitate discussions to evaluate feasibility of proposed solutions
- Synthesize learnings and present recommendations for product evolution and 2027 planning
Requirements
- 2–5 years of professional product design experience
- Hands‑on experience with product discovery, problem definition and journey mapping
- Proficiency in qualitative research methods, user interviews and concept testing
- Ability to create flows, wireframes and prototypes
- Data‑driven decision making using quantitative evidence
- Strong knowledge of Design Thinking and user‑centered design
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking and synthesis skills
- Self‑motivation to lead discovery in ambiguous contexts
- Strategic product vision balancing user experience, business impact and technical feasibility
