Requirements
- Requires 10+ years of product, UX, or interaction design experience, ideally with complex digital products in a corporate environment, and demonstrated senior or lead-level experience. Candidates should bring strong stakeholder management, systems thinking, lifecycle experience, and the ability to design complex workflows while balancing customer needs, commercial outcomes, risk, compliance, and technical feasibility.
