- Lead design delivery across multiple high-rise, hospitality, and mixed-use projects from concept through construction support and close-out. Manage consultants, programmes, reviews, procurement, budgets, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and design-related risks.
Requirements
- Requires at least 14 years of design management or design delivery experience, including senior leadership, and essential UAE or Dubai project experience. A degree in architecture or engineering and strong high-rise design management experience are required; hospitality, mixed-use, branded residences, high-end interiors, excellent English, and proficiency with relevant project and design tools are preferred or advantageous.
