Requirements
- Candidates should have experience in design management or a similar project delivery role, a degree in engineering, architecture, or a related technical discipline, and experience delivering complex projects with multidisciplinary teams. Strong coordination, communication, stakeholder management, commercial awareness, and knowledge of RIBA preconstruction stages 0–5 or an equivalent framework are required; professional accreditation and data centre or infrastructure experience are advantageous.
