Graphic Designer

Translate concepts, complex content, and business needs into clear, consistent visual solutions for campaigns, social media, digital ads, presentations, ebooks, and other formats. Build reusable visual systems, templates, and AI-assisted workflows while collaborating across teams and ensuring quality, brand consistency, and effective adaptation for different audiences and markets.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex concepts and content into clear, attractive visual pieces across multiple channels
• Design campaigns and assets for social media, paid media, landing pages, presentations, e‑books, infographics and internal communications
• Create and maintain coherent visual systems and reusable templates in Figma and Canva
• Diagram editorial materials while ensuring readability and hierarchy
• Produce short audiovisual content, including video editing and adaptation for social media
• Integrate AI throughout the design process for research, ideation, image/video generation and workflow automation
• Build automation flows to reduce manual repetitive tasks such as resizing, variant generation and localization
• Collaborate closely with Brand Strategy, Content, Product Marketing, Performance and other teams
• Organize and document files, components and templates for easy reuse by teammates
• Review deliverables for visual consistency, quality and compliance with brand guidelines

Requirements

• 3+ years professional experience in graphic, brand or visual design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end visual thinking
• Expertise in design fundamentals: composition, typography, color, hierarchy, grid and layout
• Proficient with Figma (components, libraries, AI‑assisted features) and Canva for scalable template systems
• Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut and basic motion graphics
• Regular use of ChatGPT or similar AI tools for ideation and asset generation
• Ability to produce editorial pieces (e‑books, guides, presentations, infographics)
• Experience creating assets for digital campaigns, paid media and social platforms
• Excellent attention to detail, autonomy and ability to prioritize in a remote environment
• Residency or work authorization in Colombia, Mexico, Costa Rica or Dominican Republic
