Lead end-to-end design for playbook automations, from product vision and strategy through prototyping, testing, and polished delivery. Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape AI-powered workflows, connect experiences across Clio products, improve the design system, and raise design quality through critique and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for playbook automations, from product vision and strategy through prototyping, testing, and polished delivery. Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape AI-powered workflows, connect experiences across Clio products, improve the design system, and raise design quality through critique and collaboration.
Requirements
- Requires 12 or more years of product design experience, a track record of owning complex products and setting direction, and experience shipping AI-powered features or workflows. Candidates should bring strong enterprise workflow design, engineering partnership, prototyping, accessibility, craft, and presentation skills; B2B SaaS and legal-sector experience are preferred or advantageous, respectively.
