Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for playbook automations in Clio Work, shaping product direction and delivering AI-powered legal workflows through prototyping, testing, and production design. Partner closely with Product and Engineering, connect experiences across Clio products, improve the design system, and build stakeholder support through clear storytelling.
Requirements
- Requires 12+ years of product design experience, direct experience shipping AI-powered features or workflows, and a track record of owning complex products and setting direction amid ambiguity. Candidates should bring strong enterprise workflow design, engineering partnership, accessibility, design craft, and presentation skills; B2B SaaS experience is preferred but not required.
