- Lead end-to-end design for playbook automations in Clio Work, shaping product direction and delivering AI-powered legal workflows through prototyping, testing, and production design. Partner with Product and Engineering across product boundaries, improve design-system quality and accessibility, and build support for design visions through clear storytelling.
Requirements
- Requires 12+ years of product design experience, direct experience shipping AI-powered features or workflows, and a track record of owning complex products and setting direction amid ambiguity. Candidates should bring strong enterprise desktop and web design craft, close engineering partnership and prototyping experience, accessibility knowledge including WCAG, and excellent presentation and stakeholder buy-in skills.
