Requirements
- Candidates should have 3â5+ years of UX experience, preferably with commercial B2B enterprise software or SaaS products, and be skilled in research methods, usability testing, and interpreting data into actionable insights. Strong collaboration and proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, and Miro are expected; insurance experience and familiarity with emerging technologies are additional assets.
