Requirements
- Candidates should have a strong record of setting direction and delivering adopted design systems, exceptional visual and interaction design craft, and the technical fluency to prototype and build in code alongside engineers. They should also bring hands-on AI experience, strong product judgment and developer empathy, and the ability to create clarity and lead as the function grows.
