Requirements
- The role suits a senior product or UX designer who has owned consumer journeys and information architecture end to end, can form clear views from existing evidence, and is comfortable working independently. Interest in serving older, sales-wary users and working within regulatory constraints is important; financial services or regulated-product experience and experience designing for older adults are advantages, while pensions knowledge is not required.
