Product Designer

Partner with the CPO on product discovery and definition, speak with customers to understand their needs, and design high-quality flows, wireframes, and screens. Prototype and implement screens using AI tools where appropriate, and maintain the internal design system and improve the speed from idea to validated, developer-ready, or implemented screens.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the CPO on discovery and product definition
- Conduct customer conversations to uncover real needs before designing
- Create flows, wireframes, and high‑fidelity screens
- Prototype and implement screens, including use of AI tools such as Claude
- Evolve and maintain the internal design system (components, patterns, documentation)
- Accelerate the process from idea to validated design to ready‑for‑dev screen
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Designer or UX‑UI Designer with a strong product mindset
- Portfolio demonstrating problem definition, decision making, and solution delivery
- Willingness to engage directly with customers to understand pain points
- Proficiency in Figma and experience maintaining design systems
- Hands‑on attitude, ownership of outcomes, and comfort with a fast‑growing environment
