Requirements
- Requires deep expertise in colleague experience, design-led transformation, research and data-informed decision-making, and influencing senior stakeholders across organisational boundaries. The role also calls for experience leading multidisciplinary teams and identifying responsible applications of AI, automation, and agentic capabilities.
