Product Designer Mid (UX Designer)
Encora 🇵🇪 Lima, Lima Metropolitan Area, Peru
The Product Designer will ideate, build, and iterate digital products based on qualitative and quantitative user feedback while coordinating with business and technology teams. They are also responsible for managing the design backlog, conducting user research, and establishing design system guidelines to ensure user-friendly solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, build, and iterate digital products using qualitative and quantitative user feedback
- Design experiences for new products and services that deliver value to users and the organization using agile methods
- Collaborate with Design Lead and Product Owners to create high‑impact design backlog and manage priorities
- Work closely with development teams to validate feasibility of design proposals
- Participate in user studies and research to gather insights for informed design decisions
- Plan and conduct testing sessions to collect user feedback and identify improvements
- Establish and promote design guidelines and design system best practices to ensure simplicity and user‑friendliness
- Stay up‑to‑date with design methodologies and tools to foster good practices within the team
Requirements
- Degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar product design roles
- Portfolio showcasing user‑centered digital solutions
- Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in user‑centered design methodologies
- Experience with UX research and research artifacts (preferred)
- Knowledge of UI design (preferred)
- Ability to identify opportunities and recommend experience improvements
