Design Piperâs AI brain, including interfaces for shaping its understanding of prospects, plans, personality, goals, objection handling, and reasoning. Design the live chat and video experience, refining interactions, latency handling, turn-taking, and tone while prototyping and shipping solutions in close collaboration with engineering and machine learning teams.
Responsibilities
- Design Piperâs AI brain, including interfaces for shaping its understanding of prospects, plans, personality, goals, objection handling, and reasoning. Design the live chat and video experience, refining interactions, latency handling, turn-taking, and tone while prototyping and shipping solutions in close collaboration with engineering and machine learning teams.
Requirements
- Candidates need at least 6 years of product design experience, including at least 2 years designing AI or conversational experiences, and a strong understanding of LLM behavior and its failure modes. They should be fluent in AI tools, have strong visual and interaction design skills, work comfortably with ambiguity, and collaborate directly with engineering and machine learning teams.
