Lead product-area design from concept through launch, using research and design artifacts to create intuitive experiences and align user needs with business goals. Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders, evolve the design system, champion user-centered design, and mentor other designers.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Requires 8 or more years of product design experience, including senior or principal-level leadership, and a strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving across device types and surfaces. Candidates should be proficient with design and prototyping tools and bring strong communication, collaboration, self-direction, and initiative; B2B or enterprise design experience is an advantage.
