Senior Transportation Design Manager

Lead the planning, design, and delivery of North Carolina transportation infrastructure projects, overseeing technical quality, scope, schedule, budget, and multidisciplinary teams. Build client relationships, support business development and proposal pursuits, and mentor staff while advancing the transportation practice.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related engineering discipline and at least 10 years of progressive transportation design and project delivery experience are required, including two years of leadership experience. A North Carolina PE license or ability to obtain one through reciprocity is preferred, along with experience managing public-sector transportation projects, leading complex design teams, and supporting business development.
