Lead UI & UX Designer

Lead end-to-end design for Frontline Worker Network, from discovery and research through launch and iteration, creating accessible, trustworthy experiences for workers, employers, and service partners. Collaborate across product, engineering, data, research, and service teams to validate designs, establish scalable patterns, and improve usability, adoption, engagement, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for Frontline Worker Network, from discovery and research through launch and iteration, creating accessible, trustworthy experiences for workers, employers, and service partners. Collaborate across product, engineering, data, research, and service teams to validate designs, establish scalable patterns, and improve usability, adoption, engagement, and retention.

Requirements

• Applicants need at least 8 years of experience in UX, product, or interaction design, with a record of delivering end-to-end solutions for complex products and strong product judgment, systems thinking, research, and data skills. They should understand accessibility and design systems, have experience with AI-enabled experiences and AI-assisted design, communicate effectively across disciplines, and hold a relevant bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
