Ideate, design, and iterate digital products using qualitative and quantitative user feedback, collaborating with business, technology, design, and development teams. Conduct user research and testing, manage and prioritize the design backlog, validate technical feasibility, and promote effective design practices and design systems.
Responsibilities
- Ideate, design and iterate digital products based on qualitative and quantitative user feedback
- Collaborate with business, technology and design teams to create valuable experiences
- Build and manage the design backlog with the Design Lead and Product Owners, proposing high‑impact initiatives
- Validate design feasibility with development teams
- Conduct user research studies to extract insights for informed design decisions
- Plan and run usability testing sessions to gather feedback and identify improvement opportunities
- Promote design guidelines and best practices using Design Systems
- Explore new design methods and tools, stay updated and share knowledge within the team
Requirements
- Degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or digital product design
- Experience applying user‑centered design and agile methodologies
- Proficiency in UX Research and user testing tools
- Ability to work with developers, designers, testers and Product Managers
- Clear communication of ideas to diverse audiences
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Portfolio showcasing user‑focused digital solutions
- Bonus: knowledge of UI Design
